Job Purpose

To provide a safe and secure hotel environment for guests and team members through effective duties of Loss Prevention and safety.

Essential Functions

  • Performs all essential functions associated with the position of a Loss Prevention Attendant and Dispatcher.
  • Conducts daily activities pertaining to Loss Prevention and safety.
  • Responds to emergency situations, takes command and control of scenes until arrival of management personnel.
  • Assigns and records safety and Loss Prevention inspections.
  • Provides accurate information to inquires for directions, hours of operation, etc.
  • Escort guests and team members as required to parking lots, provide the same for team members carrying banks.
  • Assist guests with door lock problems, use moderately complex hand held electronic apparatus to program automated guest door lock.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.

License/Certificates:

CPR Certification preferred.

Valid Texas Drivers License.
