Essential Functions


  • Produce clean and accurate work.
  • Produce high quality and cost-effective work results.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all daily tasks.
  • Keep work area and machines clean and free of excessive oil and grease.
  • Perform visual inspections on equipment and provide written report of conditions and deficiencies.
  • Service a wide variety of construction equipment including cranes, pavers, dirt equipment, plant equipment and other types of machinery.
  • Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies during the performance of duties.
  • Flexibility to work night shift and weekends as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking 3 experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to work on Heavy Construction Equipment on projects located in Columbia, Lexington and Newberry, SC

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must possess a Class B CDL with X endorsement to drive service truck. Must have clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical examination and must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance industry or an educational degree in Diesel related technical courses.
  • Have own hand tools. Bigger tools will be provided by ZCC. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively work in a team environment.
  • Good mechanical skills a plus.
